PERCUSSIONIST

His musical contributions as a professional trumpeter, swiftly brought him to play latin music and salsa. Then his interest for afro-cuban percussions kept growing while self-taught to practise them.

Later, he has performed for several years as a percussionist (congas, timbales, bongo, cajon) with different professional groups, salsa style (Collectivo Matanzas), latino rock (Tio Pepe), flamenco (El Mira), electro(Fazz), or as a live performer with various Djs’ and live bands (DJ Zeff de la Folie Douce, DJ Menas, Five seasons, NoNeim).

In 2015, working regularly in Paris, he seized the opportunity to meet the famous Venezuelian master Orlando Poleo and then started studying with him, to improve his technique on the congas and timbales.

He has been playing and recording regularly as a percussionist for various projects and collaborations : smooth jazz (Renato Falaschi), film music Nona et ses filles, Gaumont / Arte) and currently performs as a multi-instrumentalist percussionist / trumpeter.
